By accessing or using Dineo's AI-powered restaurant reservation platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, restaurant operators, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dineo provides an AI-powered platform for restaurant reservation management. The Service includes tools for managing reservations, guest communications, table management, and operational insights. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your account information if it changes.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in euros unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dineo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dineo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgium.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
